Privacy
Tom Geraghty Tyres Ltd (CRO 590264) is the controller. We keep what we need to fit tyres and handle workshop enquiries in Waterford.
What we collect
The workshop enquiry form collects name, phone, optional email, service, location, vehicle, registration, optional tyre size or photo, and your message so we can call you back. The contact form collects name, phone, optional email and a message. The tyre review form collects name, phone, optional email, registration and optional tyre notes so we can match a job card. We only accept those forms when you tick consent. A review is not published until the workshop confirms the fit. We do not sell lists.
Registrations are used only for fitment, job cards and confirmed tyre reviews.
Lawful basis
- Consent for the enquiry form, the contact form, the tyre review form, and for optional analytics or marketing cookies.
- Legitimate interests to keep invoices and defend claims.
Who we share with
Form submissions are emailed to the workshop using Mailgun (Sinch), on Mailgun’s EU service at mg.tomgeraghtytyres.com. Mailgun processes that message so it reaches us. Accountants and insurers where the law or the job requires it. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) measures page use. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to block spam. It reads your browser and device details and how you use the form, and sends them to Google to check you are not a bot. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply. We do not pass enquiry lists to advertisers.
Cookies
Necessary storage remembers your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing stay off until you allow them on the cookie banner or Cookie settings. Full list and the toggle: Cookie policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiry, contact and review records are kept long enough to do the job and follow up, then removed unless we must keep an invoice. You can ask for access or deletion at accounts@tomgeraghtytyres.com, except where we must keep accounts.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, restriction, or to object. You can withdraw cookie or form consent without affecting work already done. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
