Tom Geraghty Tyre Services Ltd was established in 1981, the first Independent tyre company in Waterford. Since then we have become the major tyre company in Waterford for choice, service and price.

This accolade was confirmed by THE IRISH TYRE TRADE JOURNAL, the only tyre trade journal in Ireland. They carry out a regular regional survey in their bi-montly magazine. They voted TOM GERAGHTY TYRE SERVICES LTD the number one in Waterford City and County for all the above.

As we are not connected with any tyre manufacturer. We are the only tyre company in Waterford to stock all the major tyre brands. For example, Continental, Dunlop, Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Uniroyal, Firestone, Pirelli, BF Goodrich to mention but a few.

We carry the largest stock of alloy wheels to be seen outside Dublin. These are on view at our premises at Grattan Quay and Dave is the man to talk to regarding the huge range available. He is always willing to put together a wheel and tyre package at a very advantageous price.

Batteries are also a major part of our business be it car, commercial or agri.

Our depot at Grattan Quay deals with all the passenger side of the business e.g car, van and 4×4. While our depot at Newrath just off the main Dublin road, deals with the commercial and agri business. They also stock a small amount of car tyres there.

Also at our Grattan Quay Depot we offer a range of tyre related services. For example car / van / 4×4 wheel balancing and tracking, puncture repair service. At Newrath we have the facility to track and balance truck steering.
